It was very important to us that we were able to use some of our own tradespeople. We have friends in some trades and wanted to give them the business. Not all companies will let you do that. The tradespeople that Ray brought in were wonderful. They were pleasant, hardworking country (rural) people, and since I was on-site during the build I saw that they were respectful of the property and kept it clean. And they appreciated my baking!
